Crime Watch

As a woman was walking down the street at about 8 p.m., someone came up from behind, snatched a purse from her shoulder and run off toward Albertson's. The suspect is described as an 18-year-old Hispanic male, 5 feet 5 inches tall and 160 pounds. He was wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a circle on the back.

Auto burglary at 200 block East Dana St., 12/24

At 7:25 p.m. on Christmas Eve, the owner of a blue Ford pickup truck reported that someone broke the back window of his car and stole a box of tools along with a Nintendo game and some CDs. Police have not yet identified any suspects.
