Three finalists will be interviewed tonight (Monday, Nov. 29) for the vacancy on the Midpeninsula Regional Open Space District board of directors caused by the Oct. 2 death of Mary Davey.

The finalists include three active environmentalists: Breene Kerr; former Palo Alto City Council member Yoriko Kishimoto; and Ciddy Wordell. All reside in Ward 2, Davey’s former ward of seven represented by the board spanning parts of both Santa Clara and San Mateo counties.

The finalists, from a field of seven applicants, are to be interviewed at 7 p.m. tonight by the district board.
