Stricter regulations for food trucks?

Should food trucks face stricter regulations in the interest of fairness?

Every week we ask passersby in downtown Mountain View their opinion on a current event. This week we asked if food trucks in downtown Mountain View should be more strictly regulated in order to make competition between the mobile vendors and brick-and-mortar restaurants more fair.

Watch the video to find out what people -- including some local business owners -- think.

EGADS... when (if ever) will govt. (YES, OUr Local Yokals) leave private enterprise ALONE... We don't need more "Regulations).. It is not the business of the City to interfere to "Equalize" competition. If it is, perhaps the Council should put a huge tax on Costco/Walmart/Target... cuz they can sell cheaper than small businesses.... STUPID.... Get out of our lives. People will spend their money where they not only get prices, but also service, ependablity, and friendly personnel... Leave the vendors alone.

Disgusted with Govt. Interference.
