At around 10:23 p.m., 57-year-old Peter Obrien was stopped by police officers when he drove into the path of pedestrians after a Lady Antebellum concert. The man was suspected of driving under the influence, according to Sgt. Saul Jaeger of the Mountain View Police Department.

  1. Another heartwarming family moment brought to you by our legal choice of intoxication: Alcohol!
Whether it be wine, beer, or spirits, alcohol is behind countless moments like this one, and countless deaths too!

  2. shoreline is such a great area. too bad there are characters who go to concerts and misbehave. maybe this guy deserves this. hope for better attendees at the other events

  3. Its too bad in this day and age some irresponsible people still choose to drink alcohol as an intoxicant. There were PLENTY of evolved and responsible people at the show that chose to smoke cannabis instead. Its a far better choice and the effects won’t last longer than the show. This old guy is stuck in the stone age. You can get arrested for that. The shift is already happening, but many still choose this less civilized more socially dangerous path to celebration
