As I write this, this article has about 15 comments in a row by "PeterCaoCorn," largely incoherent and (hard to believe though this is!) even more off-puttingly overlong than the ones posted lately on this site by "The Business Man" (who similarly precludes anyone reading his words, by stubbornly ignoring how their sprawling insensitive length format affects potential readers).

This "PeterCaoCorn" is evidently very disturbed, consumed with some personal legal-process grudge, and I recall his registered-user comments being already banned from the site some time back. Can the site software possibly be set also to ban or hide any text containing the character set "PeterCaoCorn" ?
