Volunteers gathered voter signatures to block parking ban affecting homeless RV dwellers

Housing advocates delivered a referendum petition with thousands of voter signatures to Mountain View City Hall last week in an effort to overturn a sweeping RV ban that they see as an attack on the homeless.
