This man was hired as interim City Attorney. Not City Manager.

Typical public employee shenanigans: retire and get re-hired, all on the public dime.

As far as affairs and inappropriate relationships, Martello or Ghysels, they all do it, and under the taxpayers' noses. They are immune to the same standards that would taxpayers would be held to.

Mike Martello and Kevin Duggan are both great guys and good at what they do, but this extremely lucrative "retire and rehire" scheme is costing the taxpayers dearly. We should all be so lucky to have this "pension check plus paycheck" retirement plan.
