haha..dumb old lady - thinks she is smarter then the system. i am glad people like this are exposed for the crimes they commit. i hope she gets 1 year in jail, and $100,000 in restitution then i will be super happy. happy new year Frances Louise Stewart!

Why only 1yr in jail? Let's make it 5yrs and $100k in restitution.

if it went to trial and she was found guilty she would probably face 5, but most cases (i forget what percent) are plead out cause the guilty no they are guilty. she pleas to one gets the case out of the "system" and everyone is suppose to feel like they won. fact of the matter is she serves probably like 6 months- then gets out on "good behavior" because she was convicted of a non violent crime, serves house arrest and is on probation and can never in her life afford to pay back all the restitution if she could would she really have stole 100 grand in the 1st place? hardly a win but its the way it will play out imo.

I know her, and she has always had a "I'm better than you" attitude. Would now like to see how her "poor me" attitude plays with the courts. I hope she gets the longest prison term available. She DESERVES this!!!
