Heavy rain, high winds expected to last

Monday's heavy rain and high winds are expected to last through the week and bring nearly 10 inches of rain to the Bay Area, according to the National Weather Service.

Remember it will help your street drain better on trash day if you put
your trash/recycle bins just onto the street, set out away from the curb and gutter.
If you snug the wheels up against the curb in the gutter it creates a dam which blocks proper drainage and it also collects leaves and muck, creating even bigger blockage to properly draining your street and your property. Now you know.
