What are possible ailments/disorders that could be caused by bedbugs or molds (now that cell tower issues have been put to rest)?

I lived at Avalon at Crackside for 10 months, it was the worst place I have ever lived, and I have lived in at least 17 different places in my 33 years of existence. This place is a total crap hole, I am not surprised about the bedbugs, who knows what else is there. The location is excellent, the land value must be extremely high.

Please call Project Sentinel if you and/or your property manager have any issues/concerns about bedbug treatments/costs etc. and tenant rights issues. We have been dealing with concerns in various apartment buildings for a couple of months: (650) 960-0495 ext. 15

When I lived at this Avalon, I almost slipped on the mold that is all over the wooden staircases. It could have been really really bad.
