City begins to parse census data

In the past decade Mountain View's population has grown by 3,358 — roughly 4.5 percent — according to figures released by the U.S. Census Bureau this week.

I have enjoyed living in Mountain View since the late 70's and hope that we continue to be a diverse community. We are fortunate to live in such a beautiful city that has so much to offer to residents and visitors.
