Kaiser Permanente’s Mountain View Medical Office is celebrating 20 years of medical service at its Castro Street location.
With 34 physicians and a staff of 150, the downtown facility, which opened in 1991, logs about 400 medical visits each day, or around 80,000 annually, according to a press release.
Laura Macias, a Mountain View councilwoman, is one of several people will speak in recognition of the milestone at a luncheon for current and retired Kaiser staff to be held on Wednesday, May 18.
The Mountain View Medical Office is a satellite unit of the Kaiser Permanente Santa Clara Medical Center.
Can Kaiser reject coverage once COBRA expires due to preexisting condition(s)?

I don’t have Kaiser Health coverage anymore, but when I did, the Mountain View location was the primary location we used for routine checkups, or when the kids got sick. It was very convenient to have pediatrics, optometry, a pharmacy, and general adult medicine so close by, and the parking was good too.
Kaiser Health coverage is very good, I wish I still had it, and its a boon for Mountain View to have this satellite campus, that isn’t huge, but big enough to be full service for most things.
