Local Waldorf School on Front Page of NY Times

Original post made by Gail Evenari, Monta Loma, on Oct 24, 2011

Check out the article in Sunday's NY Times about Waldorf education -- with a particular focus on Waldorf School of the Peninsula (WSP), with campuses in Los Altos and Mountain View. WSP is "one of around 160 Waldorf schools in the country that subscribe to a teaching philosophy focused on physical activity and learning through creative, hands-on tasks. Those who endorse this approach say computers inhibit creative thinking, movement, human interaction and attention spans."
