New book sheds light on city's earliest buildings

A new book by Mountain View historian Nick Perry gives a sense of place to the city's history, including an area that was once the center of town, but is now completely erased from the landscape.

What wonderful way to preserve the history of our beautiful city. It's incredible to see what was there even 30 or 20 years ago. I cannot wait to read the book in its entirety!

Did he mention the birth place of Silicon Valley? It's in Mtn View.
