Head Coach Robert Herrera has extensive experience coaching high-level travel teams, including 18U Gold, and has taken several teams to nationals. He also served as head coach of Mountain View High School for four years with CCS playoff experience. His two daughters (one who played shortstop for UC Davis) now help him as assistant coaches for Nova Fusion as does Andy Doyel, an experienced coach who himself played 8 years of tournament softball with a US Western National appearance.
