Chavez from Hollister and Chavez and Tamayo from San Jose.
Yet again, the Monte Carlo brings in trouble makers from outside Mountain View. It seems like hardly a week passes without someone from Oakland, EPA, or San Jose engaging in some violent crime in downtown Mountain View withing 100 feet of the Monte Carlo.
Why does the city allow this to continue again and again?
The city needs to pull the Monte Carlo's liquor license.
