Everyone knows a lane for one bus every 10 minutes (3 miles) is a waste of space). Unfortunately, new Councilmembers Rosenberg and Showalter double-crossed voters and were joined by a long-term councilmember (Kasperzak) who first said about the bus lanes "I don't really know what I want." All three politicians had surely been lobbied by VTA operatives and other special interest groups. Rosenberg and Showalter have said they were "approached." Kasperzak has announced that he intends to run for State Assembly!
