Construction in Waverly Park?

Does anyone know what is being built in Waverley Park? I have been hearing a constant rumble of a truck and it's back up beeper for the past week and a half. I took a tour around many streets but did not find a construction site. I just want to know what is going on, and if there is an end in site to that annoying all-day beeping noise. The building of the 50+ new houses built near to Grant never made this much noise.

Could the truck noises be coming from the hospital area? They are always building new buildings.

It sounds like the noise is coming from a street between Cooper Park and the high school, unless I am hearing an echo. I suspect it might be coming from someone's backyard, since I was not able to spot construction activity from the street.
