While high schools get better, home price goes higher. Someone says MV is in good shape, others say home price just going crazy.

@TM Li, Yes, and they have been saying that exact same thing since i moved here in the late 60's. The ceiling was lower, but everyone wondered "Who can afford these prices". It has been a continually made statement for the last 50 years.
MV is in good shape, but yes, it is expensive to compete when the supply is so low and the demand, from around the world, is so high.

Who can afford over $3000 a month for a two bedroom apartment? Lived in MV for 35 years. Just had to a move out of town do to rent increase. Im heartbroken. .....
