City Sponsoring Phone App Contest

According to today's Palo Alto Daily Post, the city of Mountain View is sponsoring a competition that will award $2000 to anyone that comes up with the best smartphone app to improve communications between residents, city officials and city council members. I think this sounds like a good idea since the Tuesday meetings don't seem to be very effective. I am already working on an app called NOBRTLANES.
