Khan Academy to offer free, online SAT prep

Mountain View-based online education company Khan Academy is hoping to disrupt yet another traditional educational platform by offering free, personalized SAT prep online.

Fantastic. I just posted this link on my FB page so friends with kids taking SAT can take advantage of this great program. Wish we could clone Sal Kahn, need more like him.

It's about time someone leveled the playing field and made SAT prep more available to students of all income levels. Now we just need to narrow the digital divide to make the technology and internet more accessible to low income students. As a Los Altos High School parent, I am grateful that Google and the MVLA High School Foundation have partnered to make Chromebooks available to all students. A good first step.
