Assembly candidate submits murky donor reports

Dinged in the past for failing to report political contributions, Cupertino Mayor Barry Chang could be facing another set of election troubles in an eight-way primary race for the District 24 state Assembly seat.

This candidate faces a recall petition in his own City of Cupertino. Reportedly, he just bought a house in this Assembly District so he could run. He just ran in 2014 for Assembly in another district. He seems to have a few good ideas. But why bother to run for this seat. He has no chance.
