Eshoo announces Congressional App Challenge

The "Congressional App Challenge" for the 18th Congressional District has launched again, and U.S. Rep. Anna Eshoo is inviting local high school students to compete by creating and exhibiting an app for mobile, tablet or computer devices around science, technology, engineering and math education.
