For people on the streets during the winter, new warm socks can be like gold. Something to consider.

Wish someone with investing money in Santa Clara County that had parcels of land, put up a Travel Trailer and camping parks, with water, electric and porta potties, with the different cities help, they could provide a place for the homeless where it is safe, and they could pay a fee to stay there per night or week, on month. Also this community could have Social workers come in and help the people sign up for things, and maybe assign each site a Number and a mailbox for them to get mail from family. With the price of apartments this would be a great alternative, and people are renting and buying RV's and trailers too.

Sounds like a great idea, Sandra. Go do it!
Oh, and don't be surprised when every homeless person in California shows up in Mountain View to take advantage of these free services.
