County halts online traffic ticket payments

Santa Clara County Superior Court on Wednesday temporarily halted online payments for traffic infractions and misdemeanors because of a glitch in its fee system.

You can mail the payment to the court. If you go to the clerk's office you will wait for hours.
And a neighbor received a refund only to be told that she owed more money and if she did not pay it, they would charge another $300.
