Man killed on Caltrain tracks identified

A man who was struck and killed by a Caltrain in downtown Mountain View this week has been identified as 30-year-old Jordan Koger, according to the Santa Clara County Medical Examiner-Coroner's Office.

Jordan Koger was a resident of South San Jose.
