Los Altos charity seeks bigger role in Mountain View

Its name notwithstanding, the Los Altos Community Foundation (LACF) is looking to make some headway into Mountain View.

I suggest this non profit organization start to build some facility in spacious Los Altos to help homeless and RV parking first. The least Mountain View want is some wealthy community to pay money and dump their homeless and RV problems in Mountain View streets.

If I were from an uppity town and wanted to keep it that way, I'd generously spend "charity" money in the adjacent community to make sure the transient and RV population there felt warmly welcomed.
