Foothill College students enrolling this fall offered free books, tuition

Currently gearing up for the fall quarter, Foothill College has expanded its Foothill College Promise program to offer a slew of grants and services to first-time, full-time students, regardless of income level.

Unbelievable. Free stuff for everybody regardless of income at taxpayer expense. Still no money to fix the roads though.

Education shouldn't be a hazard for anyone to obtain.
Thanks Foothill for doing this. I know many many many people who will be beneficiated thanks to this opportunity

Junior college should be free in a Democracy, where we need education for civic participation! Good job Foothill.
