Sorry - "unfocused" Santa Clara Co. approach is not (IMO) appropriate for a pilot. With Pilot (one-time) funding. There is an excellent Wellness Center that has existed for decades (or operationally defunded?) at Andrew Hill High School. How has the results of that co-located system worked out (higher or lower mental health of students, comparatively)?

How have our local HS systems worked (with CHAC and also district funded staff and rooms)?

Pilot should not = operational start. Commercially, that would be like 'going into full production', without an Alpha test/Beta test.
