Great. But I wonder what percentage of citizens 18-24 are registered to vote in California and other states. Colleges previously were available to get students registered. But most colleges are not scheduled to start "in-person learning" this fall. In California, registration at one's current residential address may be accomplished online at RegisterToVote.Ca.Gov.
