Just another example (e.g., EDD, lockdown) of the incompetence of the Newsom administration. Instead, from the beginning any shipments the state received should have gone directly to hospitals. Once staffing has been inoculated, the rest goes to pharmacies (Walgreens, CVS, Target, Safeway, etc). There should be NO stockpile and we should be eagerly awaiting shipments from the pharmaceutical companies.
