By all means, have Landlords pay for another program that allows tenants to have the upper hand against them. What about landlords who can not afford to defend themselves because tenants have not paid rent for a year and they have been required go into more debt continuing to maintain their complexes? This RHC doesn’t get it. They are requiring Landlords to subsidize another weapon against themselves. The RHC has provided no improvement to the housing issues in Mountain View. It has just taxed those who are already getting short changed.
