VTA to start new shuttle, change schedules on dozens of transit routes

Santa Clara Valley Transportation Authority is making several service changes starting next week, including launching a new shuttle between Diridon Station and Valley Medical Center.

It would be nice to know if the changes to the 523 Rapid line represent an increase or decrease in operating hours. I took that bus just last Friday and it was already running on a 2 trips/hour schedule. So, it's the start and end times that have changed, not the frequency.
