California counties look to replicate Santa Clara's youth mental health centers

Last year, Santa Clara County tested the waters with an innovative way to connect troubled teens with mental health care, opening allcove clinics in Palo Alto and San Jose. Now other counties are looking to follow suit.

I just want to know how it's pronounced. Is it 'alcove' or 'all cove'?
