I hope this driver survives and heals. If the car/SUV had faulty passive passenger restraints (seat belts) I hope the car company gets throughly sued. If the passenger was not wearing seat belts? ...
Oh well - some people who can get COVID vaccinations don't believe in that science either.

VOICE reporters - could you check the police reports to see if seat belts were used or failed? (which I guess may not be clearly evident?)
