Federal judge finds ADA plaintiff's testimony 'not credible,' dismisses suit against Peninsula restaurant

A federal judge has found that a disabled plaintiff's testimony was "not credible" and dismissed his suit under the Americans with Disabilities Act after he sued a Redwood City restaurant over the accessibility of its outdoor dining.
