First time running for office, hope not the first time studying candidates statements for Voting,
I guess she might not have known what all the "endorsement list" business was, or ...
Ms. Tanner seems to be a little more (or a lot more?) connected with how this election/candidate business works, even though she too is a first time candidate. If she Is a fast business learn, as claimed, she should learn the How To's of school board business pretty fast. There are hundreds of 'fist time school board candidates' who will be elected across California this year. Most of them will do pretty well, or well enough. A few excellently.

Claiming an endorsement is pretty similar to providing a reference in a job application, if it doesn't check out .... you don't get the job.

I’m glad the Voice finally highlighted these aspects around Ms Titus-Zambre’s candidacy. It would been better if the original profile the Voice wrote about her a couple weeks ago referenced these basic and important facts rather than basically running a press release for the candidate.
