Why did the Mountain View voice leave out the name of criminal who stole the vehicle? It's important to know that Francisco Reynoso was arrested for stealing a car with children inside of it.

Tom- I agree. This suspect is described as a "transient". If he is an established homeless person in Santa Clara County, knowing his confirmed identity is useful to alert homeless services providers to be on alert and they can decide whether it is worth the risk to allow this individual to interact with other vulnerable clients. Or to be allowed on agency property with a history of theft.
