Mountain View is lucky to get such a thoughtful and committed new Councilmember as Emily Ann Ramos. To hear her simple and clear articulation of her basic duty as a public representative to make Mountain View a better place and help her constituents is so beautiful — our country would be such a better place if all of our public leaders thought similarly and actually acted accordingly.
