Redevelopment plan raises hopes, anxieties at Buena Vista Mobile Home Park

Residents of Buena Vista Mobile Home Park know what it feels like to have their lives upended by events beyond their control. And as new plans to upgrade the park advance, some are growing anxious about their future living conditions.

Just an Observation,

This situation is a EXCELLET test for how well a project like this gets done.

But unfortunately you have a lot of people in key decision places that may not really understand what needs to be done.

For example temporary relocation will likely require much of belongings to be securely stored during the project. Has this been budgeted? Also what about the moving costs? Also what about the issues of possible health or disability requirements?

So many things to get PLANNED IN ADVANCE before moving forward, RIGHT?
