Monta Loma residents say PG&E's outage communication was insufficient and inaccurate

Thousands of Mountain View PG&E customers lost power due to the storm conditions last week, with most getting their power restored by Thursday morning. But for an unlucky 50 homes in Monta Loma, the power was out for five full days.

PG&E typically takes about 20 minutes longer than Comcast to text me that the power is out.
