With a high amount of vacancies in mental health staffing, which have been difficult to fill and a mental health crisis for vulnerable teens and children, why are County Executive James Williams and county Counsel Tony LoPresti getting enormous salaries. And board of supervisors make close to $200,000s! Is there a 3rd party independent auditors to look at the allocations of public money? There should be. If you look online the front staff mental health workers full time licensed experienced and with skill set only receive $117,000 and are managing a range of mental a health issues among individuals in our community. Also, is there any eyes on how much managers and directors are in mental health compared to line workers? Mayor Matt Mahan, please look into this as our community needs to zoom in closer and see how behavioral health department is eliminating vacancies at of line staff mainly yet too heavy managers and directors have grown and directors salaries are up into the $200,000 and not even with MBAs, PHDs or MDs. BOS is not involved so deeply or else you wouldn’t have so many managers and directors hired or added positions and so many line staff vacancies eliminated.
