So he opens fire and wounds someone and "Medina could serve between 90 and 180 days in county jail and three years of formal probation."
Well, La De freaking Da !!! I think they should set him free with a wad of cash and a new car for cripes sake !!!
What does it take to put the bad guys in jail these days... steal a car maybe !!!
