For better transparency and better allocation and targeting of money to community benefit needs throughout the ECH District, please vote Somersille, Miller, and Fraley to the ECH District Board. Zoglin has been there for years and not done anything to help these urgent priorities. Zoglin also worked with outgoing board chair Gary Kalbach to unjustly smear Julia Miller with a bogus “complaint” right before the election, which was dropped with no action. The ECH District can be a positive force in our community. Vote Somersille, Miller, and Fraley!!
