Speaker Peter Stahl will cover this year's propositions and what they mean. Sponsored by the League of Women Voters-Los Altos/Mountain View area. The event will be today, Oct. 8, 7-8:30 p.m. at the Los Altos Library, 13 S. San Antonio Road, Los Altos.

so it's that political season once again? go to the candidates debating or see what the propositions are. it's being a good citizen to find out about what is on the ballot. just let us know when going to the voting booth results in any positive change
