Cop Cars at Chef Chu's

Does anyone know what was happening at Chef Chu's (corner of San Antonio and El Camino) last night (Friday, January 25) at around 10pm? I was driving home and there were at least five cars there with lights flashing; El Camino was reduced to a single lane going southeast.

It looked like a pretty big deal; am curious to know what was going on.
