An earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 3.6 struck near Corralitos in Santa Cruz County on Saturday morning, March 19, according to the U.S. Geological Survey.
San Jose, Gilroy, Los Gatos and Watsonville were affected by the quake, the USGS said.
There were no immediate reports of injuries or damage.
