Dance: Smuin Ballet

San Francisco’s Smuin Ballet kicks off five days of performances tonight, Feb. 23, at 8 p.m. The programs include “Bluegrass/Slyde,” a work set to bluegrass music by Edgar Meyer and Bela Fleck. The Mountain View Center for the Performing Arts, 500 Castro St. Also Thursday and Friday at 8 p.m., Saturday at 2 and 8 p.m., and Sunday at 2 p.m. Tickets are $49-$62 for adults and $20 for students.
