The tumultuous election season comes to a close on Tuesday, Nov. 8. The polls will be open from 7 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day, where Mountain View voters will face a long ballot, from the presidential race and a long list of state propositions to district representatives for the state Assembly, U.S. Senate and House of Representatives, as well as Santa Clara County measures that could impact affordable housing and transportation. Locally, there are the City Council and school board races, plus the Measure GG school bond measure for voters in the Los Altos School District and two rent control measures (V and W) for the city of Mountain View.

It’s a lot to consider. If you’d like to take advantage of the Voice’s coverage of candidates and issues, and its editorial page endorsements, we’ve gathered them together in one place to help you make informed, last-minute voting decisions.
