Police: Intoxicated driver hits three cop cars, injures officer
Mountain View police arrested a man last week for allegedly driving under the influence and crashing into three patrol vehicles in Mountain View and Palo Alto that left one officer with minor injuries, according to the Mountain View Police Department.
New real estate commission rules to roll out Aug.17: Here’s how selling and buying a home will change
Big changes are coming to how homes are bought and sold beginning Aug. 17 when new rules roll out that will revamp how Realtors get paid commission.
The changes, which are part of a $418 million court settlement that the trade group the National Association of Realtors announced in March, put an end to the decades-old practice requiring home sellers to pay 5% to 6% of a home’s purchase price to cover the commission for both the listing agent and the buyer’s agent.
East Palo Alto mayor calls for collaboration with cities in plan to clear homeless encampments
